What happens next?

Thank you for taking the time to visit our project website for the proposed residential development at Abernethyn Road, Newmains.

It is anticipated that a planning application will be submitted in Spring 2022 for the proposed development. The planning application will be accompanied by various technical information and reports.

Feedback

We encourage attendees to complete the online feedback form, in order to share their comments on the proposed development. The feedback form can be completed online or comments can be sent via email to abernethynroad@iceniprojects.com. Comments can also be submitted in writing to Iceni Projects, 177 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB.

Please note that comments submitted as part of this pre-application consultation are not representations to the planning authority. There will be an opportunity to make formal representations to North Lanarkshire Council when the formal planning application is submitted.

Following the period for submitting comments, AS Homes (Scotland) Ltd will review all feedback received and consider whether any changes to the proposals should be made in advance of submitting the planning application in Spring 2022.
